Ken-Next was contracted to provide Project Management and Quality Assurance & Quality Control services for engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of 1x45MMSCFD high pressure gas compressor package at Flowstation 3 (FST 3) OML 111 Oredo

• Mobilisation/demobilisation of Personnel and equipment
• Provision of Daily, weekly and monthly report
• Provision of Interface Management
• Deployed personnel for Engineering reviews and Checks
• HAZID & HAZOP in accordance with client project mandate
• Review of vendors
• Review of Project deliverables
• Provision of rotating equipment inspectors
• Provision of E&I Inspectors
• Provision of Inspectors for Mechanical and piping construction work
• Provision of Inspectors for Civil works
• Provision of Inspector for integrity test
• Preformed Quality control check during Pre-commissioning
• Review of As Built Documentations
• Participate in all pre-commissioning and commissioning exercise.
